Tuesday- Goliath + 4 min on aqua duct, strides 4 x 150.
Wednesday- (Boy's) 2 x Smith loops, review goals.
Thursday- High Desert Meet. Run an easy 3 miles for cool down, TEAM MEETING AFTER RACE!
Friday- TBA 4-6 miles
Saturday- TBA 10 miles
Sunday- Day Off!
