8/31/08
Monday- No Practice. Day Off or OYO.
Tuesday- 5 x 1000 @ 3:15-3:20. Reco 100m walk 300m jog.
Wednesday- Bus Bench (7 miles) Recovery Day!
Thursday- Hill Repeats 4-6 x Lake Elizabeth Hill.
Friday- Park Run 1-3 laps + 8 Strides!
Saturday- 6-8 Miles. !!!!!!!!!!CAR WASH!!!!!!!!!!!

Monday- 5 x 20 th street West Hill
Tuesday- 5 miles Gilligans Island (Easy)
Wednesday- 6-10 miles TBA (Distance) 6 x 100 strides
Thursday- 5 X 1000 meters @ 7:00 PM meet at the track!
Friday- 6 miles Boltz Ranch Road
Saturday- 8-12 miles TBA
Sunday- NO RUN! DAY OFF! RECOVER!

Great Practice on 8/18/08

Mammoth Trip

We ran about 60 miles in five days! The team worked very hard. Great running camp Highland High ! A special thanks to James Synder, Kurtis Rohrenback, Ms. Smith, Ms. Wrigth, Ms. Johnston, Ms. Burton, and Mr. Vic Hess for helping out!
