Week Three Summer Series

Week #3

Tuesday the team had a beach trip to Santa Monica Beach. We rode the city bus and everyone had a great time. Thursday we played flag tag at MKP, the sprinklers were on and everyone got pretty wet.

Practice 7/01/08

We ran crazy loop today, the run is a little over four miles, and did four strides. Yesterday we ran a tough eight miles over Goode Pass. It was a little warm, but everyone run hard.
